Do I need to be a MaiaHost customer to join?
No. The affiliate program is open by application to anyone with a relevant audience. (If you already host with us, you can also use Refer & Earn in your portal — it credits your hosting account instead of paying cash.)
How long do I earn on a referral?
Recurring commission accrues on every payment we collect from your referral during the 24 months after their first payment. Entry-tier Lite plans pay a one-time bounty instead of recurring commission.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions vest once the referred account completes 90 days of paid, active service, and vested balances are paid monthly via PayPal. Balances under the minimum payout simply roll forward — nothing is forfeited.
How are referrals tracked?
First-party, on our own domain, with a 90-day referral window — plus an optional referral code your audience can enter at checkout, so you're credited even if cookies get cleared.
