Where should I upload my website

Please put all your files in the public_html folder (the www "folder" is just a shortcut to public_html).

If you are using remote connection software such as Dreamweaver or any other HTML editors, you will have to specify the remote folder - please use public_html , /public_html or public_html/ - we have had cases where the slash at the beginning or the end did matter so if you experience any problems connecting to us please try these variations.
