New Domain Registrations

New Domain registrations may take up to 24 hours to become accessible. We can only register domains with extensions .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, but you can use any name you want with our hosting services.

Using your own Domain Name

Transfering domain names registration to us is optional and not required. You can use existing names by pointing the DNS to our name servers or via IP address.

Transferring Domain Name Registrations.

To request domain registration transfer you must provide us with the EPP/Authorization Code and the domain name be/remain active within the transfer period (up to 10 days). We recommend pointing the domain before initializing transfer to avoid any downtime.

Existing Website Transfers

We can transfer existing websites to your new account with us, free of charge. You must provide us with the necessary access details to your existing hosting account(s). Transfer takes up to 24 hours depending on the complexity of the transfer.
